Cross Connections of Tippecanoe County is seeking part-time licensed family and youth therapists (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, HSPP, or equivalent). Ideal candidates will bring strong clinical competencies and a commitment to delivering high-quality care that supports each client’s personal values and goals.
Cross Connections of Tippecanoe County exists to provide professional, evidence-based counseling services to individuals and families in Tippecanoe County and the surrounding area. We strive to be a high-value, effective resource for clients navigating life’s challenges and seeking positive mental-health outcomes.
The ideal candidate for this position will be comfortable engaging clients in conversations about the client’s Christian faith when the client desires it and will be able to thoughtfully discuss how faith may relate to the client’s mental health and overall well-being.

- Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain appropriate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with the Executive Director as needed to support high-quality client care
