For Pastors
Partnering with You in Shepherding God’s People
At Cross Connections, we understand that the call to pastoral ministry carries both deep joy and heavy burdens. As you care for the souls in your congregation, you often encounter individuals and families who are struggling with emotional pain, relationship conflict, grief, trauma, or mental illness. You don’t have to walk with them alone.
Cross Connections exists to come alongside pastors—supporting your ministry through Christ-centered, professional counseling that integrates faith with sound, evidence-based mental health care. Our counselors share your commitment to Scripture and the Lutheran Confessions, and our goal is always to strengthen the spiritual and emotional health of the people you serve.
