The Counseling Process
Prior to your first session, you will receive access to our Client Portal where you will complete the necessary paperwork. Please note that this paperwork must be completed at least 24 hours prior to your first session. This will allow your assigned counselor to review your paperwork prior to your first session.
During your first session, the Christian counselor will provide a thorough evaluation, spend time getting to know you and work with you to identify your therapy goals. A detailed treatment plan is then developed which will include how frequently you will meet with your counselor (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). Once the initial counseling process has been completed all subsequent appointments will last 50 minutes. The course of treatment will depend on the factors outlined above.
